What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy requires that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson. This allows us to adjust our schedule and offer the time slot to other students. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson or do not show up, the lesson will be considered as taken, and no refund or rescheduling will be provided. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy to ensure a smooth experience for all our students and instructors.

What happens if I miss a class? Can I make it up?

If you miss a class, don't worry—our lessons are recorded, so you can catch up by watching the session later. Additionally, if it's a group lesson and the other students agree, we can reschedule the class at a more convenient time for everyone.
